3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jay9 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any other person. jay9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restrictions or closure.

• Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be eligible for withdrawal.

Where jay9 offers a first-deposit welcome bonus, the bonus will be credited to your account upon fulfilment of the qualifying deposit and any additional conditions described in the promotion.
